I appreciated the next day delivery of the basket of green plants to the hospital, and my uncle loved receiving them. I did have to call Ava's back after seeing the order on my email after I had ordered the basket by phone. A word was misspelled. Next time I will try to order online so I can write the message my way. Thank you again for your service!

I believe the man that took my order was named Ray. He was very pleasant & easy to work with. My only complaint is that I paid for a bow and the woman I sent the flowers to said there was no bow on them. She loved the flowers & vase though. She said they were very pretty.

The delivery was timely and the floral arrangement was as pictured.
