Our great granddaughter had her tonsils removed. We needed to choose something for the little girl in her, the teddy, and something for the special young lady she’s becoming, the roses. It was so perfect for her.

Very happy with the service, excellent customer service south quick responses to my emails, the flowers were exactly as pictured, however the flowers ordered were delivered without the teddy, I was refunded the cost of the teddy, but would have preferred one to be sent out to the delivery address

The flowers were delivered same day which is fantastic and they looked great! However, the box of chocolate was missing! She never got the box of chocolate I ordered for her! I am in contact with customer service to get this issue resolved... although I do appreciate the speedy service, there was an item missing.

I love sending flowers via Ava's but it had become extremely extremely difficult to navigate the website. I put all the details for orders on the site to find that my credit card is rejected when I submit. This has happened the last three times I have ordered making it difficult to continue our business relationship. I have been told that a work order has been placed when this has happened, yet it continues to happen. Please find how we can resolve this problem.
