When I received confirmation of the order it said it had been delivered but not to where. Wasn't sure if it went to a funeral home or church also it was delivered 3 days riot to to funeral service. I was concerned it would not be fresh. Called and was told funeral home has a cold room for storage prior to the service. Had not heard of that before. Would have been good to include that info in the confirmation email. Staff was very pleasant
