Picked your name "out of a hat", so to speak--knew nothing about you except you were located in the right place to deliver flowers to my sister. I ordered her favorite flower (lily of the valley), hoping that you would get it right--and you did! She called me right after delivery, ecstatic and almost in tears of pleasure. I had a very good experience with Ava's florist. They were so helpful with suggestions and other things. The flowers were delivered on time and in great shape.
