I had to ordered sympathy flowers for a funeral service for a future son-in-law. This website allowed me to view the arrangements available that could be ordered. I was able to order the flowers by telephone. I prefer placing orders by telephone and this florist/website allowed me to place the order by telephone. The florist/associate who helped me was very nice, courteous, patient and helpful. The sympathy spray I ordered and was delivered to the funeral home was beautiful. Thank you Debra Breaux
