The order was placed by phone and the order-taker was quick and efficient. I liked the tracking email that I received because I could track the order's progress. I appreciated receiving an email telling me that the flowers were delivered and the time. The process went very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Ava's Flowers again. Great service!
