This was a terrific experience! I called on Monday, Presidents Day, and found other florists were not open or even answering their calls. Thy I got through to Ava's, got a wonderful and helpful rep to help place the order. I asked for a specific delivery time and was updated online about the status and even once it had been delivered. The recipient could not have been more pleased, delighted and surprised to get a bouquet of flowers at dinner time! It was a 100% WIN and we will definitely be using Ava's again and referring anyone we know to them as well! GREAT JOB!!!
