Order was handled very professionally by the lady on the phone. I appreciated the e-mail messages confirming my order and giving me the details of the delivery. Good customer service experience. I am from far away, therefore did not see the finished product. I was assured though by the lady who took my order that the plant and the presentation of the plant would be given extra special attention. I appreciated her assurance as it sounded quite sincere. Overall, good buying experience !
