The process was awesome - I asked for a specific delivery date - it was on time. I asked for a specific enclosure card, and it was written just as I asked and spelled correctly. I asked for a specific arrangement and it was exactly what I wanted and I got a picture of it from Dawn and the flowers were in great condition and they LOVED it!!! I also got a delivery confirmation which ensured me that it had been delivered. ALL aspects of online customer service were TERRIFIC!!!!
