My order was handled promptly. Your company needed to substitute a shite orchid for the Gold Discovery Orchid. I was called, texted and emailed in order to notify me. I talked to one of your representatives and he was polite and thorougg. I appreciated being notified and WILL use AVAS Flowers again!
