The lady who took my order was so kind and helpful at a very difficult time for us. One of our dearest and closest friends passed away. We are in a Rehabilitation place for my husband right now and could not be with our dear friends in another state. She arranged for our arrangement to arrive on time, and went the extra distance to make sure that our message (which was longer than it was supposed to be) was written in full on the card. That was so much of a comfort! She is wonderful, and we are so thankful for all her help!
