Beautiful arrangement, arrived on time.

Checked with my sister and she said the plant was beautiful and arrived in good shape. I was glad to hear that since I ordered online and am in another state. The ordering experience was easy with no glitches.

This was my first time ordering flowers from Avas. The website made it easy for me to select the arrangement I wanted for our niece who had just delivered her baby earlier that day. She was being discharged the following day and the flowers needed to be there that afternoon, which I specified in the instructions. Less than 4 hours after I placed the order, the flowers ( and a balloon and card) were delivered and the feedback was - " they are absolutely beautiful". This was the easiest and best service I have received from an on-line service in quite a while. An A+. I will definitely use them again. Tom

You should have a rating of EXCELLENT for that is the service that I received. My order was for chocolates and an arrangement of flowers suitable for a 70th yr wedding anniverary. I'm sorry, but I misplaced the name of the girl who helped me ... she was awesome! She took so much time to suggest flowers to me and explain the type of arrangement she would have sent. PERFECT! The anniversary couple (my brother 95 yrs of age and his wife 93 yrs of age couldn't be happier. They are both in a rehab center and the flowers and chocolatea certainly helped to make their day great. Thank you!!!!!!! I feel assured that I can order flowers in the future and know the job will be done to more than my satisfaction.
