I spoke with an extremely helpful assistant by phone when placing my order from out of state. He went to the trouble to find and read the obituary to me over the phone to assure my order went to the correct funeral home. I ordered on Saturday morning and the arrangment was delivered that afternoon. Nice to know there is still good customer service available!
