Not by your fault, but because the person at the front desk where the flowers were delivered, was negligent it is only TODAY that the flowers reached the destnaire. Your delivery man did very correctly what he was supposed, to do because outsiders do not have access further than the front desk. Nevertheless even after two days the flowers remained in very good condition and were beautiful. Thank you !

Everything went smoothly and the flowers were delivered when expected. I can't vouch for the quality of flowers since I live in California and the recipient lives in Florida but she said they were beautiful.

When one of the flowers in the arrangement wasn't available , I received a call from the florist asking if it was ok to substitute another ..I was very impressed.i also received a photo of them & they were beautiful. I will highly recommend your florist . Ruth Howard
