Well I can't comment on the order as I didn't see it, and I didn't expect my children to comment as they had just lost their beloved dog and were grieving...... Suffice to say they both said " thank you for the basket" ! I will say that when I contacted your phone line the chap on the other end was extremely helpful and polite I think his name was Mike....not sure.... still.... if all your telephone people are like him they are a credit to you. Should I need to send anything again in America I will be sure to contact your firm first. Thank you

The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! Everyone was in awe of the arrangement, as well as how fresh the flowers were! I will definitely purchase again! I ordered online and you never know what you will get, but this was a definite hit!
