This was my third time ordering from your company and I have always been pleased with your service. The person with whom I spoke this time, was a little difficult to understand on the phone. The flowers were sent for our son and daughter-in-law's anniversary and I wish the card had said Mr. and Mrs. rather than Mr. and Miss - which was not at all appropriate! They did report back, however, that the flowers were lovely!

It took an extra day for my daughter to receive the Avas Christmas basket. However, when she did receive it, she was very pleased with it.

The flowers were beautiful and she loved them. I paid for express delivery but they weren't delivered until end of day. I brought this to companies attention and they immediately called me back and credited my card the express fee. I really appreciated the quick and professional customer service.
