My experience with Avas flowers was outstanding. I found you online. You prepared an arrangement for my aunt's (Helen Herrmann) memorial service. I ordered on the phone and worked with Leslie. She was pleasant, professional and helpful. The flowers were to be delivered on 6-29-16 before 1:00 p.m. due to the church office closing at 1:30. My aunt's service was at 2:00, and I had not yet received confirmation of delivery. I don't remember the name of the female employee who assisted me when I called, but she was able to confirm for me that the arrangement had been delivered. As with Leslie, this employee was pleasant, professional and helpful. Both women made me feel like a valued customer. I was not able to attend the service, but my mom and my sister said the arrangement was beautiful and that my cousins loved it. Thank you, so much, for your wonderful customer service.
