kelly was very pleased with the birthday bouquet.she appreciated the call about the delivery and where to leave the flowers.thank you for taking such good care of my "baby" girl. i am glad that i now have someone to contact when i have a special floral occasion. flowers make any occasion special. i also love doing business with local vendors in this crazy "big box" world where personalization seems to no longer be the norm ...thank you,kaye foltz

The bouquet was beautiful and the lilies were perfect but it only had baby's breath carnations and lillies. I thought there were other flowers in the arrangement.

Placing the order was easy. There were two promotional discounts that were applied that kept the cost in my price point however, the shipping and handling brought the price right back up so in the end I don't feel there was a discount. The flowers were pretty (recipient sent a picture) but not a true representation of what I ordered. I understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary and overall I am happy with the arrangement.

I thought the size of vase and arrangement was too small for what we paid. I expected a much larger arrangement for $89 Understanding part of that is delivery fee.
