Not having seen the arrangement I am basing my comments on it based upon the fact that the picture was very nice. I like the speed of delivery and the notification that the delivery has been made.

Took a little doing BUT in the end all was well. Hoped/tried to get delivery on Saturday October 1, however, through unforseen circumstances that did not get done, not that the Avas staff did not try, I think they gave it there best shot and were very apologitice for not being able to see that happen. However they did promise delivery for Monday Ocoter 3 and that was accomplished. Happy with the product, happy with the service provided, would do it again in a heart beat.

We placed the order to be delivered day before Easter. We weren't aware that the recipients had decided to go away. When they returned Monday and received a "beautiful bouquet and we're thrilled" ( their words), we were very pleased. Thank you for your efficiency and care. We will certainly use your service again.
