Wonderful! Recipient said the flowers were lovely and very fresh! Only thing is you say there is free shipping, but there is a $15+ service charge. Sounds like bait and switch to me. Paying $15+ for a $30 or $40 arrangement is quite high. But anyway. Flowers were lovely. Thank you!
