MY BFF LOVED THE ORCHIDS....BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICER IF THE VASE THAT WAS SHOWN ON THE WEB SITE WAS THE ONE THAT MY BFF GOT. SHE HAS NO IDEA OF MY DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE VASE YOU REPLACED. IT WAS OK BUT NOT AS NICE AS THE ONE IN THE PICTURE. OTHER THAN THAT REPLACEMENT YOU ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND YOUR SERVICES ARE OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The entire order process was very well handled. The service person was helpful with understanding all options and was exceptionally thorough making sure the correct funeral home was identified for delivery. Delivery was made as promised and I'm completely satisfied with the experience.
