I ordered by phone and the rep. was courteous and helpful. I called on a friday morning and the arrangement was delivered within 3-4 hours, which was very impressive! I did not get to see it as I'm in another state but, I hope it was lovely! I paid the extra $3.99 for a full size card. My only complaint is that my name was left off the card as the sender. The recipient contacted me to see if I was the sender as the note on the card made her think it was me. My name was pretty important to include and, it was omitted. Overall, a good experience for me.

I was so pleased-same day delivery when I ordered helped so much with making sure I made it to her birthday. Loved the email confirming delivery...even letting me know she wasn't home at the time of delivery and what neighbor you had left the delivery with. I would definitely recommend your business to people and use your service again.
