Had no trouble ordering online. Loved the pics of the arrangements and I ordered accordingly. My sister decribed the arrangement and it sounded as if it was exactly as shone. Also balloons were sent with the flowers and she and her husband enjoyed them very much. Will definitely use Ava's again. THANKS, Nancy

You can do nothing better. The original arrangement I ordered could not be filled, a rep called and asked if he could replace it with 2 dozen white roses. The arrangement was delivered on time and truly appreciated by the recipients.
