Overall a good experience. My friend texted me and thanked me for the flowers, so i knew that she received them. But it would have been nice for you to send a photo of what her bouquet looked like. I'm not going to ask her to send me a picture (that would be tacky), but I have no idea what the final product looks like so I just have to trust that it was nice. Also, I paid $10 for 'express delivery' to guarantee delivery by 1 pm local time. However, the flowers didn't get there until 3 pm local time. I would request that my $10 be refunded please.

The woman I dealt with was very polite and helpful. The flowers were delivered as ordered. If I have any further business I will call Ava's again. My sister-in-law said they were beautiful.
