You ROCK!!! The woman who answered the phone was both knowledgable and polite. My order was handled in a timely manner. I was very impressed to get a test to let me know the flowers were delivered. That was truly wonderful. Also and most importantly they were beautiful!!! I will tell all my friends in the area and certainly my relatives here who use a florist in that area frequently. THANKS AGAIN! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was pleased with my experience. I saw pictures of the actual bouquet that was delivered, and though I ordered "Standard" rather than "Deluxe", it's beauty was not diminished. It was quite lovely.
