I ordered over the phone and the person I talked with was very helpful. I didn't know what I wanted and he made suggestions in my price range. I never saw the flowers but my friend reported they were "beautiful" and delivered on the correct day. I also received an email confirmation from the florist that reported delivery. She could have said thank you for the flowers without commenting on the appearance so I assume they were beautiful.
