The ordering process was very easy. I placed the order at about 9 a.m. for delivery that day in downtown S.F. There was some unexplained issue that delayed the delivery and the driver called my daughter's office for some reason. In the end, the flowers were delivered and the driver added some chocolates because he was running late? It was a bit odd, but nice. Our daughter loved the flowers, and the chocolate. I would order from Ava's again.

Since we would be on the road before the memorial service we were attending and I wanted to be sure the arrangement was delivered in time for the service, I phoned and got a very helpful person who handled my concerns as the web-site wasn't set up to do.
