I received a call from you that Richard's Wake would not be until Jan. 20th and that my order would be delivered the morning of the 20th. I greatly appreciated that since I did not know the funeral arrangements at the time I placed the order. I was happy and impressed that you made this effort and prevented a way to early delivery.
