Did not hear anything back from my relative who recvd the flowers, regarding the delivery. However, the flowers did arrive within the window you promised & my sister said it was a beautiful arrangement. Plus, my phone experience with your staff, including a mgr (Mark?) was generally excellent, professional, courteous & friendly including accommodating my payment preference. So, considering all this, you rate as excellent!! Great job & keep up the great service.
