I was very pleased with the way my order was handled. From the beginning of my call to the delivery. I have ordered flowers from Ava's flowers for the past 2 years and just recently I opened an account. My Mom's flower's were delivered on time, plus I got a call from the florist to make sure someone was at home. The Rep did not want the roses to die being outside if no one was home. To me that was important as the roses were a gift from me to my Mom. So Thank You Ava Flowers!!! Happy Holidays!!!

A beautiful arrangement...I was blown away and so was my daughter and her daughter...who got married quietly that day to a Greek guy...hence the blue and white..colors of Greece. I was thrilled when she sent me a photo of it...fabulous white roses and blue hydrangeas. Many many thanks! Ellen Saxon

Customer service person was good to talk with and seemed knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We weren't there, so I don't know what was sent and how it looked, but seems a little expensive.
