I really wanted to mark excellent. I called the store rather than use the computer site because I am not good at that. The young lady that helped was so kind and cheerful. My sister who received the flowers for her 84th birthday exclaimed how big the roses were. Thank you for this service.

I haven't seen the actual arrangement so my comments are confined to the delivery. Flowers arrived at the recipient's home the same day, much faster than I would have expected given the current pandemic concerns. So thanks for that.
