I sent the flowers as a gift to my sister, who had lost her beloved dog. She said the flowers were beautiful and in great condition, and she loved the vase. I live in the Sierra Mountains, far from Banning, and I only had your website to help me decide which company to use. I would use yours again (though hopefully, for happier occasions!) Not much. Everything went well (even help on phone changing delivery date). The flowers were delivered on base and got them to recipient - not an easy feat with base security.
