Hello, thank you for the opportunity to review your service. Number one, it was right on time. Number two the glass was clear and not purple as high had a specially ordered from my daughter. Number three your flowers arrived just in time, just one day before she passed away so at least she had one day to enjoy them. my daughter died suddenly of kidney and liver failure.

I was given confirmation the flowers were delivered 90 minutes before they actually were. Spent that time panicking they were delivered to the wrong place. Eventually they were actually delivered but it caused a lot of confusion and frustration.
