All customer service phone reps should clearly explain to customers before they place an order over the phone, that there is an additional fee for a full size card and bow to be included in the purchase of any item. From my past experience with other florists, usually a small business size card (2x3) is included with an order. If the phone rep doesn't tell the customer they have an option to purchase a full size card and bow for the flowers, etc. they are ordering, the customer assumes the full size card and bow is included and part of the purchased item. Making this statement to your customers will help them from making a dispute request for a credit to their account because they weren't told about the additional cost of a full size card and bow before they placed their order .
