it was a great experience from beginning to end. the guy on the phone was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. when the flowers were delivered, cathy said the lady was very nice and greeted her with a big smile. the flower arrangement was beautiful and she really loved it. like i had mentioned earlier, it was a great experience. i will do business with you again in the future.
