I was very impressed with the whole experience of using your services. From my initial phone call to the follow-ups of the delivery. The only thing I can not comment on is the flower arrangement delivered because I live out of state and I certainly could not ask family members any sensitive questions. My experience was very pleasant when ordering the flowers by phone. I spoke with Stephanie and she was helpful in guiding me as to which bouquet to purchase. I could have easily ordered on your website but I always find it more personal to speak to a sales representative. My cousin loved the flowers and said they were beautiful! Thank you for making this "Long Distance" transaction so easy! I will be sure to recommend others to use Ava's.

I was "OVERLY" impressed with the quality of customer service I received. I made a mistake when I placed the order and when I called the shop they were very courteous and took care of correcting the order for me. Then I received a follow up e-mail confirming that my order had been updated to my satisfaction. That was a total surprise. Excellent job! I would recommend your business to everyone across the country.
