My sister, who lives near Rhinebeck, had a serious internal problem requiring surgery. She is normally very healthy and had not been hospitalized before. I live in Seattle and wanted to send her flowers which I knew would cheer her up. I looked online and found your shop, which seemed better organized than the rest. I was especially impressed with the quickness of your response, and the opportunity I had to alter the order online, after I had submitted it. It really felt like I was not just communicating with a computer! You monitored customer communications and did the right thing! Thank you very much.
