Everything worked so well from calling the order in and reviewing the details of the flowers on the wreath, the wording on the card, having a ribbon, and the stand for the wreath. The order taker was patient, courteous, offered suggestions, repeated details of the order and reviewed everything with me including address, delivery time, where the wreath was going to be placed for the funeral in the chapel. Delivery was smooth and the wreath was delivered on time at the correct address. I am a very pleased client. Thank you!
