This purchase of flowers was very satisfiying as we knew nothing about the company to begin with. We turned to the internet since we needed the service and were only visiting Florida for a vacation from Michigan. If we happen to be in Florida again, and need flowers again. we would certainly contact this same business. We thank them for a good job.

When I originally placed order, requested delivery time prior to noon but when I received my receipt it stated 7pm. Used email customer service inquiry & was told via email my delivery would be on time. I was concerned BUT VERY pleased with my order. The flowers were beautiful & delivered on time for the funeral service. The quality of the flowers were superb - beautiful colors, just like pictured. I am very pleased & will definitely be a repeat customer.

Thank you so much for getting this beautiful bouquet to my mother in law on the same day. It was very simple to order, and the customer service was exceptional when I notified Ava's of re: an issue with the order. I will definitely do business with Ava's again. It's comforting knowing that I can still buy beautiful flowers for a great price for my mother in law in San Bernardino, despite living all the way in San Francisco.
