Ann was amazing in helping me reroute my order. My daughter's birthday was today and she had the day off. The flowers were sent to her office. The customer service people were helpful, patient, and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I ordered a tulip arrangement at 1:24 PM to be delivered in Manhattan, and it was at my girlfriend's apartment building within a couple of hours. She was thrilled, and the beautiful arrangement surpassed my expectations when she sent me pictures. Avas Flowers will be my first choice moving forward.
