Ordered from Avas Flowers in the past. Always received good and professional service. Flowers and plants were better than expected.

This florist went out of its way to assist me. I sent flowers to my 92 year old aunt. She was not home when they attempted delivery. They called me to ask how to proceed. I couldn't reach my aunt so I asked them take the flowers back and I would follow up with them as soon as I reached my aunt. I subsequently spoke with her and and asked the florist if they could delay delivery for three days. They very graciously complied and then kept me informed as to the delivery on that day. They never asked for any additional fees ...which since the delivery was actually made twice wouldn't have been unreasonable. They showed a true customer first approach to insuring satisfaction.
