Needed to send a bouquet....checked on Google as I'm not in the area...found exactly the flowers I wanted, card enclosed and the best was: the follow up. Great customer service. I did not have to follow up with any phone calls. Loved the email stating the delivery time, and left with whom. An easy experience during a trying time .

The bouquet was delivered on time and I was notified when and where is was left. The flowers were pink and white, the only balloon color choice that I thought would go was yellow, but was happy to hear that the balloons ended up being pink and white to match the flowers!!! Nice touch. Thanks for great service!
