I had a great experience from the initial phone call, found an error on the name spelling for the gift card, was able to correct it and the order was sent out the next day. I had requested the order be delivered earlier than the 7pm deadline because my Aunt was turning 102 years old and wanted her to enjoy the flowers earlier in the day. Thank you for doing this. I ordered the lavendar bouquet but the flowers were white not lavendar. That would be my only complaint. Im assuming that u were out of the lavendar?
