If there was a choice for "Excellent" I would do that! I had an outstanding experience when I called to order flowers last minute for a funeral. I was worried they wouldn't get there in time but the order taker (sorry I forget his name) reassured me and was so kind and sympathetic yet also very professional. Thank you very much for everything!
