I ordered by phone as I had some questions and the gentleman who took my order was patient and explained what I needed to know. He was efficient and the order went through quickly without any problems. I was very pleased with the way the arrangement looked, very much like the picture on the web. We were proud of it when we walked into the funeral home. Thank you for your help with this order.
