Oh, my goodness. The best customer service EVER! I take customer service to heart as a consumer and being in the hospitality business. The ordering online was so convenient and user-friendly. I really liked having the 'delivered' text. Great communication! That means the world to me. My sister was sooooo happy with the flowers:) I would/ will use you again. The representative that assisted me was very helpful. He was polite and provided great customer service throughout the call. He guided me through the options available and even helped me formulated text for the card and banner! I would definitely use Avas again based off of this interaction.
