The person I spoke to regarding a plant that three of of us close friends wanted to send to Karen was SO helpful, and so kind. It only took about 10 minutes for things to be done, and the plant was sent the very next day. It was a very nice way to have a large Peace Plant arrive in Karen's home so she would know how much we love her and how sad we are that her husband passed away.
