The ordering process was a pleasure,your representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.The flowers were delivered when they were supposed to be but The Heits were not home at the time and no one was there to except them.When the Heits returned home later that afternoon there was a note and a telephone number to call which they did,the person said the would try to redeliver the next day(Sun) or Mon and they would make sure the flowers would be fresh. They were delivered the next day Sun and they were beautiful.The Heits were delighted. The service was outstanding and I will definitely use you again. Sheila H. Miller

My mother informed me that the flowers were beautiful! Thank you. The ordering process went smoothly; although, I was very disappointed to learn that they were not delivered, requiring pick-up. Maybe I missed this information, but if I would have realized they could not be delivered, I would have gone with another florist who could deliver. I am appreciative for your quick turn around and quality.
