Since I had to depend on the internet to get my order to my mom, it may have been deceiving between the choices to upgrade. The recipient sent a picture of the arrangement, which was fine, but I had expected it to have a lot more stems of flowers, since I upgraded to the highest level of options, so she would be delighted with it. She was still delighted, however, I was really disappointed with the order. I didn't feel like I got my money's worth, in relation to the picture on the internet. What I did appreciate is the call to make sure I gave the right address. Thank you for doing that, because I misspelled the street. Your efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you.

I had placed an order and asked for it to be delivered by 10 am due to a visitation/ funeral. I was told that could be done. When I got the confirmation email,it said by 11:00. I contacted at that point to make sure it was going to be there by 10. As it worked out, it was not necessary because they were dlivered at 9:15 according to the information I was sent. Great online experience and good value. I started ordering from a different site but with all their fees and charges it would have been cost $20 more and had smaller box of chocolate.
