First of all, let me say I greatly appreciate you being open and delivering during this time. That said, a few things I wasn't very happy about: - The bouquet didn't really match the description. I was expecting a variety of smaller flowers, which my wife loves, but it looked more like a standard bouquet. Still lovely, but not exactly what was advertised. - I never received a confirmation email for my order. - I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Tuesday because the rest of the days in the week were fully booked, but I had left a note in the order saying I'd prefer them to be delivered later in the week if possible. They ended up coming on Weds, which was fine, but there was no communication saying that that's what would be happening. After seeing they didn't arrive on Tuesday, and with no confirmation email to check, I was concerned the order had never gone through in the first place. Thank you!
